Salon Policy for New Clients:
1. In order to make a reservation, new clients are required to make a 30% prepayment based on the cost of selected services.
2. Prepayment is a mandatory condition for confirming the booking. It ensures that the specialist’s time will be reserved specifically for you.
3. The remaining 70% will be paid on-site after the services are provided.
4. If a reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment will be fully refunded.
5. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment is non-refundable.
6. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the master reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service. In this case, the prepayment is also non-refundable.
7. If, for any reason, the salon specialist is unable to perform the service, the prepayment will be fully refunded.
