Salon Policy for New Clients:

1.⁠ ⁠In order to make a reservation, new clients are required to make a 30% prepayment based on the cost of selected services.

2.⁠ ⁠Prepayment is a mandatory condition for confirming the booking. It ensures that the specialist’s time will be reserved specifically for you.

3.⁠ ⁠The remaining 70% will be paid on-site after the services are provided.

4.⁠ ⁠If a reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment will be fully refunded.

5.⁠ ⁠In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment is non-refundable.

6.⁠ ⁠If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the master reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service. In this case, the prepayment is also non-refundable.

7.⁠ ⁠If, for any reason, the salon specialist is unable to perform the service, the prepayment will be fully refunded.
